Christmas Is Coming - Caroling

Christmas is always fun celebrated various ethnics and nations in the world. It also celebrated in various ways according their respective church leaders/movers. Christmas may have caroling, sports, home visiting, various contests, gathering of family and more importantly it is a time where we think about GOD's love where He sent His only begotten Son so that that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).

As Christmas is coming this year I'm moved to share something about caroling.. I remember the first time i joined caroling, it was just so fun. So fun being with friends, being able to visit church members' house and it is so fun to eat foods as many as you can. I still remember the experience where we had to face the rain and flood just to go to the next village to carol there. As i think about it again, I smiled.

Now come to the topic. Why should we carol? Why should we face the obstacles? Is is just to be able being with friends? Being able to visit friends' house? Being able to eat many foods?

Yup!! It is(hiiiiii :) - my perspective)!! But the most important thing is that we carol because we want to delivered the remembrance message that Jesus Christ is born so save us more than 2000 years ago to the people around us. More over we want to pray for that particular family/house so that the joy of celebrating christmas is there with them and many more which is related..

When Jesus is born more than 2000 years ago, the 1st caroling team is already been there. See Luke 2:9-14.

Luke 2:9-14
9An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ[a] the Lord. 12This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger."

13Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,

14"Glory to God in the highest,

and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."

See? The first caroling team is a company of angels. They say/sing "glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests". Is there any carol song like this one that you know?

What I'm trying to tell is that we have the basis "Word Of God" in doing caroling..

Thanks for reading.

4 Question And 1 Bonus Question.

You have to answer them instantly. You can't take your time, answer all of them immediately. OK? Let's find out just how clever you really are.... Ready? GO!!!

Question 1: You are participating in a race. You overtake the second person. What position are you in?

Answer: If you answered that you are first, then you are absolutely wrong! If you overtake the second person and you take his place, you are second!
Try not to screw up next time. Now answer the second question, but
don't take as much time as you took for the first question, OK?

Second Question: I f you overtake the last person, then you are....?
Answer: If you answered that you are second to last, then you are wrong again. Tell me, how can you overtake the LAST Person?
You're not very good at this, are you?

Third Question: Very tricky arithmetic! Note: This must be done in your head only. Do NOT use paper and pencil or a calculator. Try it.
Take 1000 and add 40 to it. Now add another 1000 . Now add 30. Add another 1000. Now add 20 . Now add another 1000 Now add 10. What is the total?
Did you get 5000? The correct answer is actually 4100. If you don't believe it, check it with a calculator!
Today is definitely not your day, is it? Maybe you'll get the last question right.... Maybe.

Fourth Question: Mary's father has five daughters: 1. Nana, 2. Nene, 3. Nini, 4. Nono. What is the name of the fifth daughter?

Did you Answer Nunu? NO! Of course it isn't. Her name is Mary. Read the question again!

Okay, now the bonus round: A mute person goes into a shop and wants to buy a toothbrush. By imitating the action of brushing his teeth he successfully expresses himself to the shopkeeper and the purchase is done. Next, a blind man comes into the shop who wants to buy a pair of sunglasses; how does HE indicate what he wants?

He just has to open his mouth and ask... It's really very simple....

Like you! PASS THIS ON TO FRUSTRATE THE SMART PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE!

A Story Of A Blind Girl

There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she's blind. She hated everyone except her loving fiance which is always be be there for her. This guy loves his fiance so much. When their relationship getting serious day after day, the guy ask his fiance to marry him but then the blind girl said that if she could see the world then she would marry her fiance.

So one day, the hospital told this blind girl that there is someone willing to donate a [pair of eyes to her. This blind girl accept it willingly and happily because she want to see everything in this world including her fiance.

Now that she can see the world, her fiance asked her "now that you can see the world, will you marry me?". The girl was shocked when she saw that her fiance is blind too. Then the blind girl refused it.

Her fiance walked away in tears and later wrote a letter to this girl saying "just take care of my eyes dear".

Moral: This is how human brain changes when their status of life changed. Only few remember what life was before, and who's always been there even in the most painful situations.

"You learn to love, not by finding a perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect persob perfectly".

Facebook Is Not Only The World's Largest Social Network, It Is Also The Fastest Growing

Call it the Facebook World Tour. Even though Facebook is now the largest social network in the world,—with 132 million unique visitors in June—it is also still the fastest growing.
(At least among the major social networks). According to figures compiled by comScore, Facebook’s visitor growth is up 153 percent on an annual basis. This compares to anemic 3 percent growth for MySpace. Other social networks showing strong global growth include Hi5 (100 percent) and Friendster (50 percent), despite each of those being less than half the size of Facebook. Orkut and Bebo fall in at 41 percent and 32 percent growth, respectively.
